What You’ll Be Doing – One Epic Step at a Time
💬 Candidate Experience Management
- Be the first friendly face (or voice) that candidates meet.
- Own the communication journey across interview stages – keep candidates informed, updated, and excited.
- Maintain a high-touch, responsive, and professional candidate experience throughout.
📥 Application Flow & Communication
- Manage a high volume of incoming profiles, ensuring each one is acknowledged and processed.
- Proactively communicate status updates to candidates across all interview stages.
📝 Employee Documentation
- Prepare and manage documents like offer letters, contracts, and onboarding forms with precision.
- Collaborate with HR and Admin to ensure smooth hand-offs from offer to onboarding.
📊 Database & Recruitment Metrics
- Keep our talent pipeline clean and updated.
- Track and analyze recruitment data – time to hire, source effectiveness, conversion ratios, and more.
🔍 Sourcing & Screening
- Hunt down hidden gems via job boards, social media, internal references, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
- Share incoming profiles with hiring managers for alignment and quick decision-making.
🧠 Understanding the Role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling and clear job descriptions.
- Develop a deep understanding of roles to refine your sourcing strategy and better pitch the opportunity to candidates.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience & Skills
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage communications across multiple stakeholders.
- A knack for organizing, prioritizing, and juggling multiple hiring pipelines.
- Proficiency in using ATS tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and email automation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HR documentation and recruitment compliance is a bonus.
