We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Generalist to join our People team in Hyderabad.
This role is central to delivering thoughtful people experiences, enabling manager effectiveness,
supporting employee development, and ensuring that HR programs are implemented effectively and
aligned with business needs. You will act as a cultural steward and change partner, helping to shape
an environment where employees thrive and feel valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and day-to-day HR partnership to employees and managers across all
teams. - Offer coaching and guidance to managers to build team effectiveness and improve
leadership impact. - Address employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and timely resolution.
Talent Management - Support performance management cycles, career development plans, and growth programs.
- Collaborate with department leads to identify talent gaps, retention risks, and succession
needs.
Culture & Engagement - Champion initiatives that strengthen Liquidnitro’s people-first culture, team collaboration,
and diversity. - Facilitate programs and activities that build engagement, transparency, and trust across
teams.
Policy & Compliance - Ensure HR operations and decisions are compliant with employment law and internal
policies. - Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and employee data.
- Conduct sessions on workplace conduct, anti-harassment, and related compliance topics.
Analytics & Reporting - Leverage HRIS tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Analyze trends in attrition, performance, and engagement to inform decisions.
Change & Program Management - Lead or support rollout of HR programs such as onboarding, recognition, compensation, and
training. - Drive change management initiatives that require organizational readiness and
communication planning.
Rewards & Recognition - Facilitate annual compensation review cycles and variable pay planning with fairness and
clarity. - Recommend creative recognition strategies to celebrate contributions and enhance
retention.
Skill Requirements: - 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in fast-paced or creative industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor law, HR operations, and people engagement practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proven experience in coaching managers, driving employee programs, and handling sensitive
employee matters. - Hands-on experience using HRIS systems, Excel, and PowerPoint; data-savvy and detailoriented.
- Experience in organizational development or change management is a plus.
